Last updated: March 7, 2026

User Responsibility and Lawful Use

You are solely responsible for how you use DashNull. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform rules in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use DashNull for fraud, unauthorized account access, phishing, scams, spam, identity abuse, malware distribution, or any unlawful evasion of enforcement actions. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Antidetect and Third-Party Compliance

DashNull provides browser profile and privacy tooling only. You are solely responsible for the content, accounts, traffic sources, and operational behavior associated with your activities. Use of antidetect functionality does not exempt you from legal or platform obligations.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately for suspected abuse, legal risk, fraud, chargeback abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use DashNull ends immediately.

Billing and Access

Subscription access and billing are governed by your selected plan. DashNull does not automatically charge payment methods or auto-renew your plan, and all paid purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DashNull is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service. DashNull and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, account bans, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashNull's total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to DashNull during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DashNull and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms.

Dispute Resolution and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to DashNull or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, unless applicable law requires court resolution. You and DashNull waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the DashNull operating entity identified on your invoice or payment receipt is incorporated, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Force Majeure

DashNull is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, provider failures, regulatory actions, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version is effective from the "Last updated" date shown on this page. Continued use of DashNull after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
